Welcome to The Navigators. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Website, WhatsApp communication, social pages, and travel services, including tour bookings, hotel bookings, flight tickets, and payments through UPI or other gateways. By using our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) accept these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with any booking or payment.

General Terms

Acceptance of Terms
By booking any domestic or international tour with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law.
Modification of Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be available on our official communication channels. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
Service Scope
The Navigators provides:
  • Domestic tours
  • International tours
  • Group tours
  • Customized holidays
  • Hotel, flight, sightseeing & transportation services
  • Visa assistance
All services depend on availability and third-party confirmations (airlines, hotels, DMCs, transporters).
Communication & Data Usage
By booking with us, you authorize us to contact you through:
  • WhatsApp
  • Call
  • SMS
  • Email
  • RCS
  • Voice broadcasts
Your data may be used for booking, support, and promotional communication (with consent).

Booking Process

Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after:
  • Advance payment is received
  • Confirmation voucher / invoice is issued by The Navigators
We reserve the right to modify/cancel a booking if the service provider cannot honour it.
Information Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate names (as per passport for international tours), contact details, and travel preferences. We are not liable for issues arising due to incorrect information.
Booking Modifications
  • Flight name change not permitted by most airlines
  • Date changes, upgrades, additions are subject to charges
  • All changes depend on availability
Package Prices
Tour prices may vary depending on:
  • Availability
  • Seasonal rates
  • Airline/hotel changes
  • Forex fluctuations (for international tours)
Prices are valid only until the next revision.

Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Modes
  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Payment Gateway Links
  • Bank Transfer
All payments must be made to The Navigators’ official bank account only.
UPI Payments
Customers must ensure correct UPI ID entry. UPI payments are instant and treated as final.
Payment Gateway Charges
Gateway charges (if any) are applicable for:
  • Credit/Debit card payments
  • EMI payments
  • Wallet payments
UPI may be eligible for reduced/zero charges (as per ongoing offers).
Currency
All domestic transactions are in INR. International package pricing may be displayed in USD or other currencies for reference, but payments are accepted in INR only.
Payment Failures
We are not responsible for:
  • Declined payments
  • Bank technical errors
  • Incorrect UPI PIN
  • Server delays
Refund Payments
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days depending on banking partners.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Cancellations carry charges based on:
  • Airline policy
  • Hotel policy
  • Ground handling/provider rules
  • Visa rejection rules
  • Package type
Non-Refundable Bookings
Promotional fares, limited-period deals, and instant-purchase items may be 100% non-refundable.
Cancellation by The Navigators
We may cancel a booking due to:
  • Supplier issues
  • Operational challenges
  • Force majeure
  • Fraud suspicion
A full refund or alternate package will be offered.
Offer Adjustment on Cancellation
If a booking availed a discount or offer, the offer becomes void upon cancellation. Refund is processed after deducting that discount.
No-Show Policy
Failure to join a tour or flight without prior cancellation results in zero refund.

Responsibilities & Liabilities

Customer Responsibilities
Customers must arrange:
  • Valid passport
  • Visa
  • Travel insurance (recommended)
  • Required ID proofs
  • Health documentation
International Tours
Visa approval/rejection is solely the decision of the embassy/consulate. Visa fees are non-refundable.
Third-Party Services
We are intermediaries—airlines, hotels, DMCs, transporters have their own terms. We are not responsible for:
  • Delays
  • Cancellations
  • Baggage loss
  • Service deficiencies
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
  • Indirect losses
  • Loss of enjoyment
  • Missed flights
  • Natural calamities
  • Any situation beyond our control
Force Majeure
No liability for events like:
  • Weather issues
  • Political unrest
  • Strikes
  • Operational shutdowns
  • Natural disasters

Promotional Offers

Terms of Offers
Each offer has unique rules displayed during the promotion. Offers cannot be combined unless mentioned.
Misuse
We reserve the right to deny benefits in case of:
  • Fraud
  • Duplicate accounts
  • Misrepresentation

Privacy & Security

Data Protection
Your personal information is used only for bookings, service delivery, and communication.
Payment Security
All payments are processed via secure, PCI DSS-compliant gateways. We do NOT store card or UPI details.

Intellectual Property

All content including itineraries, tour plans, images, videos, logos, and marketing material of The Navigators is protected. Copying or republishing without permission is prohibited.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction
All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat courts.
Resolution Approach
We encourage amicable settlement through discussion before legal action.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement
These Terms + Privacy Policy + Booking Confirmation = Entire Legal Agreement.
Severability
If any part is invalid, the rest remains fully enforceable.

Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel any booking involving:
  • Suspicious activity
  • Incorrect payment
